Zoom for Tribly
How to add, use, and remove Zoom. Last updated: 2 October 2026
Connecting Zoom is optional. Hosts do it from Tribly in the browser. Guests never connect Zoom. Need help? See Support or email hello@tribedot.com.
Adding the app
- Sign in at https://tribly.tribedot.com/login.
- Open Dashboard → Integrations.
- On the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom if asked, review the permissions, and click Allow.
- You return to Integrations. Zoom should show as connected.
You can also add Tribly from the Zoom App Marketplace if it is listed. After Allow, open Integrations to confirm the connection.
Using Zoom with bookings
- Set an event type’s location to Zoom (or a Zoom meeting option) in the dashboard.
- When a guest books, Tribly creates a unique Zoom meeting for that booking and stores the join link.
- Host and guest receive the join link in the confirmation email and on the booking.
- If the guest reschedules, Tribly updates that Zoom meeting. If they cancel, Tribly deletes it.
- Tribly does not join the meeting, record it, or read other meetings on your Zoom account.
Removing the app
- In Tribly, open Dashboard → Integrations and click Disconnect on the Zoom card. That deletes Tribly’s Zoom tokens.
- In Zoom, open marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed, find Tribly, and remove it.
Troubleshooting
- If Connect Zoom shows an error, confirm you used Allow on the Zoom permissions screen and try again from Integrations.
- If you are connecting a Zoom account that is not the developer account, the Zoom app must be published or you must be an approved tester.
