Terms of Service

1. The service

Tribly provides online scheduling: public booking pages, a host dashboard, reminders, and optional calendar connections (including Google Calendar and Google Meet). We may change features, plans, or availability.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be able to enter into a contract (typically 18 or older).
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

3. Hosts and guests

If you are a host, you are the organizer of meetings booked through your page. You are responsible for the times you offer, how you meet guests, and any professional or legal duties to those guests.

If you are a guest, you book with the host, not with Tribe Dot as the meeting provider. Cancel and reschedule rules are set by the host’s event type.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Break the law or send spam through Tribly
• Attempt to access another account or our systems without permission
• Scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law
• Use Google or other integrations in a way that violates that provider’s rules

5. Google Calendar and Meet

Connecting Google is optional. If you connect it, you authorize Tribly to read busy times and to create, update, or delete calendar events and Meet links for your bookings. Connecting Zoom is optional. If you connect it, you authorize Tribly to create, update, and delete Zoom meetings for your bookings and to read your Zoom email to label the connection. How we use, share, retain, and delete this data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time in Integrations. Google’s and Zoom’s own terms also apply to those accounts.

6. Plans and payment

Starter is free with the limits shown on Pricing. Paid plans, if enabled, renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Features may differ by plan.
